In the 19th minute Álvaro Vilaverde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Borys Gruchacz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Pandilla Cobayeril's goal looked a bit too open when Amedeo De Matteis came free, but Borys Gruchacz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Pandilla Cobayeril's Dorival Alvarenga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gualter Roriz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Despite this Borys Gruchacz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Amedeo De Matteis kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gus Casado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 60th minute of the match, Amedeo De Matteis got a very nice opportunity to score, but Borys Gruchacz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Gualter Roriz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gus Casado in the 62nd minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Delta FS eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
