An unexpectedly hard shot by Naohiro Takahara in the 10th minute of play forced Real Calle's goalkeeper Tim Nyberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute Naohiro Takahara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tim Nyberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Rodrigo Palacio put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Tim Nyberg. Tim Nyberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvestre Cisco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. But to his dismay, Celso Betadur quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Agustín Rossi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from George Wennersten, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Martin Lain lost his temper 43 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Frontera AFC:s Agustín Rossi showed great skill when he stopped Timmy Krusfeldt:s penalty. The supporters of Frontera AFC booed when Real Calle was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricardo Temporal didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 48th minute Rodrigo Palacio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tim Nyberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rodrigo Palacio scored 0-3 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tim Nyberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tim Nyberg, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Frontera AFC's Naohiro Takahara slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tim Nyberg. That made the score 0-4 after 64 minutes of play. Thanks to some nice moves Naohiro Takahara could shoot a difficult shot in the 75th minute, which Tim Nyberg however easily saved by the left post. Real Calle made a substitution. Dolfo Olmos replaced Timmy Krusfeldt. Frontera AFC made a substitution. Domingos Evangelista replaced Cristian Medina. After 88 played minutes Real Calle got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Temporal. Frontera AFC's Agustín Rossi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benny Benno in the 93rd minute of play. Agustín Rossi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benny Benno, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Frontera AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
