Ray Clemence showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Steffe De Hont, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 15th minute of the match, Holin Probohudono tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but 倪德景 saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 19th minute, Steffe De Hont got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Steffe De Hont sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ray Clemence made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Steffe De Hont in the 24th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lilcho Ilchov got free with 倪德景 in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Yonas Sutrisna kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, PHOENIX SC's goal looked a bit too open when Steffe De Hont came free, but Ray Clemence reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, PHOENIX SC's Holin Probohudono got a free kick in the 35th minute. 姜卫峰 hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. A nice corner shot did that Phoenix Kante got away a dangerous shot. Despite this 倪德景 quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 47 played minutes PHOENIX SC got a freekick which was hit by Rodrigo Abaurre. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frederico Hendrickx was the one to do the kick off. PHOENIX SC's Yonas Sutrisna got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Holin Probohudono in the 56th minute of play forced Niubility FC's goalkeeper 倪德景 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 62nd minute Frederico Hendrickx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 倪德景 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Niubility FC's goal looked a bit too open when Frederico Hendrickx came free, but 倪德景 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Niubility FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sebastian Lisewski in the 72nd minute. Dadá D Agostino tried in the 72nd minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Ray Clemence a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 1-1. 77 minutes into the match, Niubility FC's goal looked a bit too open when Frederico Hendrickx came free, but 倪德景 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 倪德景 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frederico Hendrickx in the 83rd minute of play. Kléberson Bastos made in the 85th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by PHOENIX SC's Wilson Seco. 88 minutes into the match, Lilcho Ilchov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 倪德景. Niubility FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lilcho Ilchov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Lilcho Ilchov managed to get in a good position for a shot. PHOENIX SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lilcho Ilchov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 倪德景 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
