Cristinel Tomulescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dionisio Laurendi in the 4th minute of play. Adan Lartaun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zsigmond Tímár in the 6th minute of the match. After 7 played minutes Quilmes got a freekick which was hit by Ismael Dolcet. Walter Carter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adan Lartaun having to interfere. With his leg Adan Lartaun managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when Green Zombies's Walter Carter fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Cristinel Tomulescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Nataniel in the 20th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Quilmes's Braulio Barrionuevo got a free kick in the 21st minute. Dionisio Laurendi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 33 minutes of play, Quilmes's Lucas Nataniel made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cristinel Tomulescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Adan Lartaun made an important save on a dangerous shot by Harun Mustafa in the 39th minute. Géza Tótfalusi charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Géza Tótfalusi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Géza Tótfalusi kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zsigmond Tímár to make the kick off. Cristinel Tomulescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Nataniel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristinel Tomulescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Dolcet, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Zsigmond Tímár sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 68th minute Walter Carter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adan Lartaun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Walter Carter might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adan Lartaun. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Walter Carter ran back to his position shaking his head. Felix Jatsu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cristinel Tomulescu having to make a save. In the 91st minute, Anton Pototskiy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felix Jatsu kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. The Quilmes players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
