During this time San Michele AFC's players had a chance to rest. 14 minutes into the game, San Michele AFC's Alvaro Giusto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carlos Quentin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Motta Rello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcial Roldanillo in the 16th minute of play. Pincha FC's Carlos Quentin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hüsamettin Civanmert in the 19th minute of play. Carlos Quentin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ziemowit Kinic in the 23rd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Pincha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Giusto came free, but Carlos Quentin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcial Roldanillo in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Motta Rello saved San Michele AFC from getting behind. After 28 minutes San Michele AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Victorio Hondo who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Victorio Hondo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Motta Rello quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Carlos Quentin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Giusto, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 30th minute Alvaro Giusto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Quentin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Motta Rello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Mendebal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute Marcial Roldanillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Motta Rello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Agustin Silvino received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Motta Rello came out and tried to block the shot, but Agustin Silvino slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 42nd minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The wind increased when Alvaro Giusto made the kick off in the second half. Carlos Quentin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Giusto in the 50th minute of play. Motta Rello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcial Roldanillo in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute of the match, Alvaro Giusto got a very nice opportunity to score, but Carlos Quentin was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 57 minutes into the match, Pincha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Giusto came free, but Carlos Quentin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvaro Giusto in the 57th minute of play forced Pincha FC's goalkeeper Carlos Quentin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd match minute, Pincha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Darren McDonald to maneuver through the defense. Ziemowit Kinic sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 94 minutes, Ziemowit Kinic mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the San Michele AFC and the Pincha FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 94th minute, Ziemowit Kinic hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The San Michele AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing San Michele AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
