Spectators: 7635 (Terracing: 5767, Seating: 1768, VIP seats: 100) Xesc Labarra started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Xesc Labarra blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elpidio Vitin having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xesc Labarra got free with Elpidio Vitin in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 7th minute, Cristian Naike ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Miguel Ángel Santoro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Genaro Min in the 15th minute of play forced Vélez Juniors's goalkeeper Elpidio Vitin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cesar Vargas kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. After 20 played minutes Vélez Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Severo Maule. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Chacarita Futsal's goalkeeper Miguel Ángel Santoro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Chacarita Futsal's Miguel Ángel Santoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Naike in the 27th minute of play. In the 28thth minute of the game Cristian Naike who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chacarita Futsal's Miguel Ángel Santoro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vélez Juniors's Elpidio Vitin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Genaro Min in the 30th minute of play. Xesc Labarra might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Elpidio Vitin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Xesc Labarra ran back to his position shaking his head. Xesc Labarra came free with the goalkeeper in the 35th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Elpidio Vitin could save by the left post. In the 36th minute Cristian Naike shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Ángel Santoro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Xesc Labarra took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Elpidio Vitin to make any attempt to save it. Miguel Ángel Santoro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santos Fonda in the 41st minute of the match. 42 minutes had been played when some careless play by Chacarita Futsal's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Santos Fonda was slow to take the kick. During this time Vélez Juniors's players had a chance to rest. Vélez Juniors's Severo Maule quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Cesar Vargas, made in the 44th minute of the game. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Cristian Naike sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 55 minutes into the game, Chacarita Futsal's Xesc Labarra nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Elpidio Vitin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Cristian Naike scored 2-2 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Miguel Ángel Santoro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Chacarita Futsal's defense didn't have a chance, in the 61st minute, when Cristian Naike scored to the left of an out of position Miguel Ángel Santoro, making the score, 2-3. Esteve Pero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elpidio Vitin having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Cristian Naike took a quick shot and it went in 2-4 without a chance for Miguel Ángel Santoro to make any attempt to save it. In the 84th minute of the match Vélez Juniors got a corner. Chacarita Futsal's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Santos Fonda ran over to the corner to take the kick. Vélez Juniors's Santos Fonda was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Miguel Ángel Santoro in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in Chacarita Futsal's zone, Bernardo Sayvion stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miguel Ángel Santoro came out of the goal and Bernardo Sayvion tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 89 minutes into the match, Cristian Naike notched a goal, 2-5, to the right of Chacarita Futsal's Miguel Ángel Santoro. Miguel Ángel Santoro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Vélez Juniors booed when Chacarita Futsal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cesar Vargas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 96 minutes into the match, Cristian Naike notched a goal, 2-6, to the right of Chacarita Futsal's Miguel Ángel Santoro. Miguel Ángel Santoro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vélez Juniors's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
