The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 8th minute, Aurelio Duarte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by Commander Crowe's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Aurelio Duarte was slow to take the kick. During this time Altos Gatos FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Altos Gatos FC's Aurelio Duarte to fire away a dangerous shot which Edvard Fagerberg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Altos Gatos FC's Christian Kiliz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tony Andreasson in the 20th minute of play. In the 36th minute Commander Crowe were awarded a corner. Narciso Noe went to the cornerflag to take it. 37 minutes into the match, Altos Gatos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tony Andreasson came free, but Christian Kiliz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Altos Gatos FC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Milosz Majczyk hit a great ball. 40 minutes into the match, Aurelio Duarte notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Commander Crowe's Edvard Fagerberg. Edvard Fagerberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 44th minute Tony Andreasson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Kiliz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tom Misaki was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Commander Crowe's Tom Misaki sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Christian Kiliz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Commander Crowe's Edvard Fagerberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelio Duarte in the 55th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aurelio Duarte in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edvard Fagerberg saved Commander Crowe from getting behind. Christian Kiliz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tony Andreasson in the 61st minute of play. Christian Kiliz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tony Andreasson in the 61st minute of the match. Edvard Fagerberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelio Duarte, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Commander Crowe's goalkeeper Edvard Fagerberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 71 minutes Commander Crowe's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aurelio Duarte who took care of the corner kick. Christian Kiliz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tom Misaki in the 77th minute of play. In the 77th minute of the match, Tom Misaki tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Christian Kiliz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 77 minutes into the game, Tom Misaki cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Christian Kiliz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nicasio Gotzon received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Christian Kiliz came out and tried to block the shot, but Nicasio Gotzon slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 80th minute. Christian Kiliz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicasio Gotzon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edvard Fagerberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Javier Santo, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The corner ended in Aurelio Duarte almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Commander Crowe's Edvard Fagerberg did a great save. The Commander Crowe players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
