After taking down the ball on FK Eldema Mstišov's corner Artur Šubert fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Oskar Haeger quite easily take care of the ball. FK Eldema Mstišov's Chiquito Flores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Deo Mičánek in the 14th minute of play. Dave Di Filippo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Oskar Haeger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alp Akıncıbeyoğlu in the 22nd minute of the match. After some careless play in the FK Eldema Mstišov defense, Dave Di Filippo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Chiquito Flores. The FK Eldema Mstišov fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Chiquito Flores should have stopped the shot. In the 29th minute, Ingemar Stålman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hermanö Oilers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The FK Eldema Mstišov fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 40th minute of the game. One of FK Eldema Mstišov:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Hermanö Oilers:s goal. Josef Šilha received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Oskar Haeger came out and tried to block the shot, but Josef Šilha slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 45th minute. After the first half Hermanö Oilers were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 52nd minute Josef Šilha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oskar Haeger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st minute, Gabriel Šlapák ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Oskar Haeger was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-3. FK Eldema Mstišov's Chiquito Flores proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save FK Eldema Mstišov from getting a goal against them. Chiquito Flores was out of position in the 64 minute of play, and Dave Di Filippo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dave Di Filippo really showed his touch with that goal: 4-4. Through an outstanding action, after 69 minutes, Chiquito Flores successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Josef Šilha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oskar Haeger read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. With a little luck, FK Eldema Mstišov's Chiquito Flores got control of the ball when Dave Di Filippo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Dave Di Filippo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Chiquito Flores was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. If Gabriel Šlapák had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
