Yrigoyen.F.C's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Yves Passot stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The throw-in from Gaston Ilazki in the 51st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Montevideo City Torque's Diego Covarrubias. In the 55th match minute, Yrigoyen.F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaston Ilazki to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes into the game, Yves Passot cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Christophe Troxler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matías Suárez, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Montevideo City Torque's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
