Grzegorz Piechna started the match with the kick off. Gianfranco Saron's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ged Nightingale firmly grabbed it by the left post. When Valle Saron's Gianfranco Saron in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Arrows Academy FC's goalie prevented a goal. Gianfranco Saron recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gianfranco Saron might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ged Nightingale. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gianfranco Saron ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the Arrows Academy FC defense, Gianfranco Saron kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ged Nightingale. The Arrows Academy FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ged Nightingale should have stopped the shot. Arrows Academy FC's Ged Nightingale proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Arrows Academy FC from getting a goal against them. Ged Nightingale was out of position in the 21 minute of play, and Pepito Saron capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Pepito Saron really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Emiliano Saron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grzegorz Piechna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the match, Gianfranco Saron notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Arrows Academy FC's Ged Nightingale. Ged Nightingale was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ged Nightingale was a little too slow when Gianfranco Saron got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 4-0. When Arrows Academy FC's Grzegorz Piechna in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Valle Saron's goalie prevented a goal. After 39th play minutes Gianfranco Saron shot 5-0, a short shot which went by Ged Nightingale and just under the crossbar into goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Gianfranco Saron managed to get in a good position for a shot. Valle Saron's supporters rose to their feet, but Gianfranco Saron was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ged Nightingale breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Danny Bartlett hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gianfranco Saron made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Gianfranco Saron made a precise shot to the right of Ged Nightingale. Arrows Academy FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. 56 minutes into the match, Arrows Academy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gianfranco Saron came free, but Ged Nightingale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pepito Saron made a great header on Valle Saron's corner, it was just that Arrows Academy FC's Ged Nightingale managed to reach the ball for a save. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Pepito Saron put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ged Nightingale. The audience thought a goal was coming when Grzegorz Piechna got free with Emiliano Saron in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by Valle Saron's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Grzegorz Piechna was slow to take the kick. During this time Arrows Academy FC's players had a chance to rest. The audience thought a goal was coming when Grzegorz Piechna got free with Emiliano Saron in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 67 minutes into the game, Larry Ferrell cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-1. Emiliano Saron was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Valle Saron's Joshua Saron was substituted for Gringo Saron. Valle Saron's Kylian Le Guen was substituted for Pepito Saron. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arí Saron in the 73rd minute of play forced Arrows Academy FC's goalkeeper Ged Nightingale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Arí Saron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Grzegorz Piechna got free with Emiliano Saron in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ged Nightingale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arí Saron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 89 minutes of play, Valle Saron's Arí Saron made it 8-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ged Nightingale was left in no man's land by his defense there! Connor Pringle's late challenge caught a Valle Saron's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Connor Pringle helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Valle Saron booed when Arrows Academy FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Connor Pringle didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Valle Saron had won after a very even match.
