The supporters of TUSE booed when Vykans Vikingar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Indalecio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Krisztián Bartha scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcus Ekrot, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 10 minutes into the match, Vykans Vikingar's goal looked a bit too open when Géza Tímár came free, but Marcus Ekrot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 10 minutes of play, TUSE's Géza Tímár made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcus Ekrot was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Krisztián Bartha came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the TUSE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Krisztián Bartha couldn't finish the play. Börje Stål fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fülöp Magos having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Krisztián Bartha in the 17th minute of play forced Vykans Vikingar's goalkeeper Marcus Ekrot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fülöp Magos made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Martin Mutumba sent off a good shot on target. Fülöp Magos was out of position in the 26 minute of play, and Martin Mutumba capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Martin Mutumba really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdi Revis in the 30th minute of play forced TUSE's goalkeeper Fülöp Magos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Krisztián Bartha in the 34th minute of play. Abdi Revis in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Fülöp Magos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Marcus Ekrot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Krisztián Bartha in the 38th minute of play. Krisztián Bartha might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcus Ekrot. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Krisztián Bartha ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 44th minute Krisztián Bartha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Ekrot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Géza Tímár stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Géza Tímár received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Marcus Ekrot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcus Ekrot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Krisztián Bartha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 56th minute Martin Mutumba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fülöp Magos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 64 minutes, Krisztián Bartha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TUSE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Krisztián Bartha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Abdi Revis took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fülöp Magos. Fülöp Magos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. Vykans Vikingar made a substitution. Leonardo Trancoso replaced Martin Mutumba. Vykans Vikingar's Henric Holm was substituted for Börje Stål. 72 minutes into the match, TUSE's goal looked a bit too open when Abdi Revis came free, but Fülöp Magos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Vykans Vikingar defense, Krisztián Bartha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcus Ekrot. The Vykans Vikingar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcus Ekrot should have stopped the shot. TUSE made a substitution. Mátyás Kiss replaced Pál Tolnay. When the final whistle went the supporters of TUSE were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Vykans Vikingar side.
