The corner ended in Salvador Perfecto almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Invisible's Franc Armani did a great save. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind DeportivoIndependienteMDP's goalkeeper Wei Fei Qi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Invisible were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after DeportivoIndependienteMDP's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eliseo Leheren took the corner. In the 12th minute, Santiago Simon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. DeportivoIndependienteMDP's Wei Fei Qi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Simon in the 14th minute of play. Santiago Simon might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wei Fei Qi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Santiago Simon ran back to his position shaking his head. Wei Fei Qi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santiago Simon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Santiago Simon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Santiago Simon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Wei Fei Qi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santiago Simon, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 21st minute, Gonzalo Martínez made a precise shot to the right of Wei Fei Qi. DeportivoIndependienteMDP's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Esquipula Bouzon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Franc Armani made a huge save. Wei Fei Qi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 35 minutes into the match, Invisible's goalkeeper Franc Armani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Virgilijus Mileška. 36 minutes into the game, one of Invisible:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Franc Armani was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Salvador Perfecto showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 37 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Santiago Simon in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wei Fei Qi saved DeportivoIndependienteMDP from getting behind. Segundo Jakes kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Esquipula Bouzon to make the kick off. An unexpected shot in the 51st minute by Santiago Simon got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 52 minutes into the match, Invisible's Santiago Simon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wei Fei Qi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Santiago Simon scored 1-4 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wei Fei Qi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Wei Fei Qi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ivael Tercero in the 66th minute. Santiago Simon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wei Fei Qi having to make a save. Wei Fei Qi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santiago Simon, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Wei Fei Qi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Santiago Simon went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. Invisible's Nicolas De La Cruz was substituted for Santiago Simon. 78 minutes into the match, Nicolas De La Cruz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Wei Fei Qi, 1-6. Nicolas De La Cruz took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wei Fei Qi. Wei Fei Qi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-7. DeportivoIndependienteMDP made a substitution. Faustino Erasto replaced Virgilijus Mileška. DeportivoIndependienteMDP's Nicolas Demario was substituted for Salvador Perfecto. In the 86thth minute of the game Nicolas De La Cruz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DeportivoIndependienteMDP's Wei Fei Qi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nicolas De La Cruz struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Wei Fei Qi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Invisible. The Invisible supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Invisible would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
