With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emilio Bazkoare prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Emilio Bazkoare took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Muñoz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fcion C.A.'s David Muñoz managed to work through Regresado's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. David Muñoz dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. If Brian Foretic had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th minute Fcion C.A. were awarded a corner. Rikard Moberg went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Rikard Moberg almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Regresado's Emilio Bazkoare did a great save. 21 minutes into the game, Miguel Herensuge was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Regresado's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fcion C.A. the free kick. Miguel Herensuge hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Olgierd Walczak made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Brian Foretic sent off a good shot on target. In the 30th minute, Nanak Liders reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Olgierd Walczak. The goal made the score 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Muñoz in the 36th minute of play forced Regresado's goalkeeper Emilio Bazkoare to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Regresado's goal looked a bit too open when David Muñoz came free, but Emilio Bazkoare reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emilio Bazkoare showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Muñoz, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Brian Foretic could shoot a difficult shot in the 43rd minute, which Olgierd Walczak however easily saved by the left post. Brian Foretic could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Olgierd Walczak made a huge save. Regresado made a substitution. Valentin Osorio replaced Nanak Liders. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Brian Foretic made the kick off in the second half. Fcion C.A.'s Olgierd Walczak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brian Foretic in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th minute Miguel Herensuge shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olgierd Walczak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sebastião Jacinto hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Brian Foretic in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olgierd Walczak saved Fcion C.A. from getting behind. David Muñozs short, quick shot in the 61stth minute got Emilio Bazkoare to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Regresado's Emilio Bazkoare proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Regresado from getting a goal against them. Olgierd Walczak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Osorio in the 66th minute of play. Emilio Bazkoare made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ahmet Gündüz Yalavaç in the 68th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Regresado's goalkeeper Emilio Bazkoare had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ahmet Gündüz Yalavaç.
