The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Százhalombattai VUK SE's György Solti proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Százhalombattai VUK SE from getting a goal against them. 6 minutes into the game, one of Százhalombattai VUK SE:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, György Solti, was totally fooled by Muget's Florin Stancu, who 7 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. György Solti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albert Doloman in the 10th minute of play. 11 minutes had been played when some careless play by Százhalombattai VUK SE's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nae Strungă was slow to take the kick. During this time Muget's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Muget's Nae Strungă to fire away a dangerous shot which György Solti despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Százhalombattai VUK SE's goal looked a bit too open when Florin Stancu came free, but György Solti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isac Gligor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Egon Sinka in the 18th minute of the match. With a little luck, Százhalombattai VUK SE's György Solti got control of the ball when Alex Isaia tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 26th minute of the match Muget got a corner. Százhalombattai VUK SE's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nae Strungă ran over to the corner to take the kick. György Solti made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alex Isaia in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Isaia in the 29th minute of play forced Százhalombattai VUK SE's goalkeeper György Solti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When József Tóth fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Százhalombattai VUK SE's protests and gave József Tóth a yellow card for diving instead. József Tóth hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Florin Stancu might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over György Solti. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Florin Stancu ran back to his position shaking his head. Florin Stancu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. György Solti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. György Solti was a little too slow when Florin Stancu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 41st minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 44th match minute, Százhalombattai VUK SE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Károly Benedek to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Florin Stancu in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg György Solti saved Százhalombattai VUK SE from getting behind. After 46 minutes Százhalombattai VUK SE's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nae Strungă who took care of the corner kick. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Florin Stancu advanced and headed the ball into goal, 3-0 in the 47th minute. Muget made a substitution. Dorel Dacian replaced Dinu Moți. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Egon Sinka made the kick off in the second half. In the 54thth minute of the game Alex Isaia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Százhalombattai VUK SE's György Solti was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Muget were awarded a corner in the 56th minute after Százhalombattai VUK SE's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nae Strungă took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Albert Doloman managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Florin Stancu put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of György Solti. Százhalombattai VUK SE's Csaba Kormos was substituted for József Tóth. Százhalombattai VUK SE's Márk Vargha was substituted for Egon Sinka. 64 minutes into the game, Muget's Florin Stancu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. György Solti made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. In the 68th match minute, Muget was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Isaia to maneuver through the defense. In the 69th minute, Nae Strungă ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. György Solti was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. When Muget's Florin Stancu in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Százhalombattai VUK SE's goalie prevented a goal. Isac Gligor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Csongor Murai, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 76th minute, Nae Strungă made a precise shot to the right of György Solti. Százhalombattai VUK SE's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. György Solti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florin Stancu in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Florin Stancu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Muget fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. Florin Stancu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
