Mancini's goalkeeper Gonsalve Flores had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yuri Portugal. Fauna Utd were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after U.D. Mancini's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. 董文鹰 took the corner. After 41 played minutes Fauna Utd got a freekick which was hit by Yuri Portugal. A collision led to U.D. Mancini getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Lütfi Selahaddin hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Fauna Utd's 董文鹰 slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gonsalve Flores. That made the score 1-0 after 45 minutes of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bozhil Vaptzarov was the one to do the kick off.
