Bartolo Beliran didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pendex. Bartolo Beliran made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Rafael Nisio sent off a good shot on target. 16 minutes in the game Christer Alström did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Rafael Nisio. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kent Lindberg in the 18th minute of play forced Pendex's goalkeeper Ruperto Nayely to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Pendex's Rafael Nisio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bartolo Beliran narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kent Lindberg in the 26th minute of play forced Pendex's goalkeeper Ruperto Nayely to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pendex's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Felix Marino was slow to take the kick. During this time Mercado Paulista F.C's players had a chance to rest. When Sharma Dorado came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Mercado Paulista F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sharma Dorado couldn't finish the play. In the 34th minute, Kent Lindberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 39 minutes, Tzonyo Moskovski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pendex and the Mercado Paulista F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tzonyo Moskovski hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kent Lindberg to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Pendex's Nelson de Brito got a free kick in the 57th minute. Kent Lindberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ruperto Nayely read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Mercado Paulista F.C were awarded a corner in the 60th minute after Pendex's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Felix Marino took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Svein Steffensen got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ruperto Nayely quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Christer Alström made in the 65th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Abel Antonio immediately put the ball in play. Bartolo Beliran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Nisio in the 66th minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Rafael Nisio notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Mercado Paulista F.C's Bartolo Beliran. Bartolo Beliran was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pendex's Antonio Inguma was substituted for Ryan Keuppens. Bartolo Beliran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonio Inguma in the 87th minute of the match. In the 88th minute, Antonio Inguma left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pendex fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Mercado Paulista F.C's attentive Svein Steffensen managed to snatch the ball when Christer Alström made a throw-in in the 92nd minute of the game. Pendex were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Mercado Paulista F.C for a fine match.
