Sugih Linggawarman ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdomiro Matos in the 20th minute of play forced SIMvergüenzas's goalkeeper Beto Rodríguez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 21 minutes SIMvergüenzas's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Patrick Vidal who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER's Patrick Vidal to fire away a dangerous shot which Beto Rodríguez despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Beto Rodríguez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdomiro Matos in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute Sugih Linggawarman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Adolfo Lago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Beto Rodríguez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdomiro Matos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Sugih Linggawarman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER's João Adolfo Lago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sugih Linggawarman in the 28th minute of play. If Marino Montrelle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER's Eraldo Pompilio got a free kick in the 44th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Valdomiro Matos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER's João Adolfo Lago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sugih Linggawarman in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute SIMvergüenzas were awarded a corner. Lei Ling Zheng went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led SIMvergüenzas's Olaf Gregorczyk to fire away a dangerous shot which João Adolfo Lago despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Sugih Linggawarman scored 1-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of João Adolfo Lago, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. SIMvergüenzas's Ulises Curcio was substituted for Wu Zheng Xi. 75 minutes into the match, Sugih Linggawarman notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER's João Adolfo Lago. João Adolfo Lago was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. SIMvergüenzas's Nechifor Bitănescu was substituted for Sugih Linggawarman. Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER made a substitution. Acácio Botelho replaced Armando Jacinto. João Adolfo Lago came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by SIMvergüenzas's Nechifor Bitănescu. But to his dismay, Nechifor Bitănescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0.
