Jimmy Olsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cris Gol in the 15th minute. Jimmy Olsson came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Predador Brasiliense MZBR's Cris Gol. But to his dismay, Cris Gol quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 30th minute, Albin Nilsson made a precise shot to the right of Octavian Jähnigen. Predador Brasiliense MZBR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Jimmy Olsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cris Gol in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 35th minute Julien Staffelbach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavian Jähnigen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Octavian Jähnigen came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Linköpings AIK's Julien Staffelbach. But to his dismay, Julien Staffelbach quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Jimmy Olsson made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Cris Gol sent off a good shot on target. After the first half Linköpings AIK were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Predador Brasiliense MZBR's Jânio Donatello was substituted for Raúl Palomar. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arvid Carlsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Predador Brasiliense MZBR's goalkeeper Octavian Jähnigen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julien Staffelbach. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arvid Carlsson got free with Octavian Jähnigen in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Predador Brasiliense MZBR fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Linköpings AIK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
