In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Underdogs's goalkeeper Edgar Dres, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Witomir Grabski in the 24th minute of play forced Teodelina FC's goalkeeper Franko Armani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute Reşat Orgunalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franko Armani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lukas Arlikevičius might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edgar Dres. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lukas Arlikevičius ran back to his position shaking his head. Siro Porfiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Edgar Dres made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Underdogs's Edgar Dres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvano Baladi in the 82nd minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Silvano Baladi notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Underdogs's Edgar Dres. Edgar Dres was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 90th minute, Siro Porfiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Teodelina FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Underdogs for much of the match.
