In the 33rd minute, one of ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆. CJ Buffon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gavino Gabino's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cacey Sharp was the one to do the kick off. After 95 minutes of play, FC Barrera 2.0's Dadá Maravilha made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oliverio Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! The ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Barrera 2.0 were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
