After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Ma Yun Kun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ma Yun Kun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Giacomo Casanova breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ariel Leguizamón showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loco Palermo in the 8th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Dan Preuveneer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 21 minutes into the game, Arkın Öğüç recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Giacomo Casanova. Arkın Öğüç showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Montesacro FC's attentive Anthony Del Gatto managed to snatch the ball when Vintilă Lipoveanu made a throw-in in the 24th minute of the game. Ma Yun Kun might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Giacomo Casanova. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ma Yun Kun ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arkın Öğüç in the 34th minute of play forced Montesacro FC's goalkeeper Giacomo Casanova to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Giacomo Casanova came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's Ma Yun Kun. But to his dismay, Ma Yun Kun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Giacomo Casanova showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joakim Forss, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arkın Öğüç to make the kick off. Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's Ariel Leguizamón proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK from getting a goal against them. 61 minutes into the match, Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's goalkeeper Ariel Leguizamón had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Egil Sjögren. Giacomo Casanova took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joakim Forss, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Montesacro FC's Loco Palermo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ariel Leguizamón. That made the score 2-2 after 73 minutes of play. Egil Sjögrens short, quick shot in the 80thth minute got Ariel Leguizamón to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ariel Leguizamón made an important save on a dangerous shot by Egil Sjögren in the 81st minute. Georg Skoglund kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joakim Forss in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Giacomo Casanova saved Montesacro FC from getting behind. Egil Sjögren struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Ariel Leguizamón didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Montesacro FC. Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's Joakim Forss got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 92nd minute, when Egil Sjögren scored to the left of an out of position Ariel Leguizamón, making the score, 2-3. Montesacro FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
