Lemi Uğurlubey stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Inge Braa's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Inge Braa sped through Gothic Souls's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lemi Uğurlubey. Gothic Souls's defense didn't have a chance, in the 34th minute, when Inge Braa scored to the left of an out of position Lemi Uğurlubey, making the score, 3-1. In the 38th minute, Greg Barrera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lemi Uğurlubey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leopoldo Barbosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Göran Vedholm made a great header on Doffes Damer's corner, it was just that Gothic Souls's Lemi Uğurlubey managed to reach the ball for a save. Inge Braa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Lemi Uğurlubey made a huge save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Andréas Stigsson replaced Greg Barrera. Carl Nordlander hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Erland Markusson hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match.
