Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Jorrin Briones got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Albert Camus made in the 21st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Olavarria FC's Thys Lenoir. A well-hit corner resulted in Marcus Olsson heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Leslie Macaraat hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 29th minute, Joseph Schwarzfischer sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Olavarria FC's Michel Hendrickx didn't even have to move. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isaias Matas in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ferenc Tököli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rapsodas Red Devils FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mauro Kotlar was slow to take the kick. During this time Olavarria FC's players had a chance to rest. Joseph Schwarzfischer kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Ferenc Tököli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaias Matas in the 39th minute of play. A collision led to Rapsodas Red Devils FC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Albert Camus hit a great ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jorrin Briones was the one to do the kick off. If Isaias Matas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 53 minutes into the match, Rapsodas Red Devils FC's goal looked a bit too open when Isaias Matas came free, but Ferenc Tököli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56thth minute of the game Isaias Matas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Ferenc Tököli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Ippolit Kolobov was substituted for Kerim De Bruyne. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Jerrold Taranco was substituted for Luís Paulo da Fonseca. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Cristiano Salah was substituted for Jorrin Briones. In the 59th minute Olavarria FC were awarded a corner. Mauro Kotlar went to the cornerflag to take it. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Isaias Matas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Olavarria FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Isaias Matas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ferenc Tököli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Ferenc Tököli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaias Matas in the 69th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, Olavarria FC's goalkeeper Michel Hendrickx had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leonardo Colmenares. Ferenc Tököli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ervigio Ojeda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86th minute of the match, Cristiano Salah tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Michel Hendrickx saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Olavarria FC's Ervigio Ojeda in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
