The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. ITAFUT 4EVER's Nilson Peres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michal Stehno in the 3rd minute of play. Niklas Bergdal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Venancio Cristofol made a huge save. 9 minutes into the match, ITAFUT 4EVER's goal looked a bit too open when Lenni Skensved came free, but Nilson Peres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michal Stehno in the 14th minute of play forced ITAFUT 4EVER's goalkeeper Nilson Peres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nilson Peres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maarten Aelbrecht in the 20th minute of play. In the 21stth minute of the game Michal Stehno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ITAFUT 4EVER's Nilson Peres was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Venancio Cristofol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ryszard Barycz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th match minute, ITAFUT 4EVER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niklas Bergdal to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Michal Stehno put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Nilson Peres. Nilson Peres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michal Stehno, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 36 minutes into the match, ITAFUT 4EVER's goal looked a bit too open when Michal Stehno came free, but Nilson Peres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Máximo Kirchner in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nilson Peres prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

With a little luck, ITAFUT 4EVER's Nilson Peres got control of the ball when Máximo Kirchner tried to sneak it across the goal line. Michal Stehno struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Nilson Peres didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Unidad de Matanza. ITAFUT 4EVER made a substitution. After 96 played minutes, ITAFUT 4EVER's Jean-Paul Møffelmand shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Venancio Cristofol came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ITAFUT 4EVER reached it. The Unidad de Matanza players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
