The audience was convinced that Hoàng Thuy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Heitor Peseiro was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Garanhão do SUL's André Roriz got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Albano Leizarraga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Carlos Fernando Alvarenga made a huge save. Hoàng Thuy struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Heitor Peseiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uno Mille FC. When Uno Mille FC's Hoàng Thuy in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 31 played minutes Garanhão do SUL got a freekick which was hit by Adriano Leite. Tobias Möckli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Heitor Peseiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. In the 37th minute, Albano Leizarraga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 39 minutes into the game, André Roriz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Garanhão do SUL's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Uno Mille FC the free kick. In the 40th match minute, Garanhão do SUL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by André Roriz to maneuver through the defense. 41 minutes into the match, Garanhão do SUL's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Neto came free, but Heitor Peseiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute, Diguinho Sousa had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. After 42 played minutes Garanhão do SUL got a freekick which was hit by Alexandre Vale. Hoàng Thuy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Albano Leizarraga made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Uno Mille FC were awarded a corner. Tobias Möckli went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 55th minute, Jerônimo Guerra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Garanhão do SUL made a substitution. António Gama replaced André Roriz. Jerônimo Guerra hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute Albano Leizarraga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Fernando Alvarenga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 59th minute by Hoàng Thuy got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Garanhão do SUL's goalkeeper Heitor Peseiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Igor Neto hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Garanhão do SUL made a substitution. Obafemi Fabiani replaced Albano Leizarraga. After 68 played minutes Uno Mille FC got a freekick which was hit by Igor Neto. In the 71st minute Hoàng Thuy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Heitor Peseiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by António Gama in the 73rd minute of play forced Uno Mille FC's goalkeeper Carlos Fernando Alvarenga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Igor Neto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Heitor Peseiro made a huge save. With a little luck, Garanhão do SUL's Heitor Peseiro got control of the ball when Igor Neto tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 91st minute of the match Uno Mille FC got a corner. Garanhão do SUL's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tobias Möckli ran over to the corner to take the kick. The audience was convinced that Hoàng Thuy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Heitor Peseiro was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. For all the effort they put into the match, the Uno Mille FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Garanhão do SUL.
