The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute, Afonso Romero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 4th match minute, Icoara Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ronaldinho Sanches to maneuver through the defense. In the 7th minute, Jorge Pires ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aírton de Amorim was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 11 minutes into the game, Igor Neto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Aírton de Amorim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Igor Neto scored 3-0 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aírton de Amorim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aírton de Amorim was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Jorge Pires capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jorge Pires really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. 21 minutes into the game, Uno Mille FC's Hoàng Thuy nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aírton de Amorim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. In the 24th minute, Jorge Pires ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aírton de Amorim was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Igor Neto kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Aírton de Amorim. That made the score 7-0 in the 27 minute of play. Aírton de Amorim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jorge Pires in the 31st minute. Aírton de Amorim made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Igor Neto sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Icoara Football Club booed when Uno Mille FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arturo Scarinci didn't get a good kick on the ball. 38 minutes into the game, Igor Neto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Aírton de Amorim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Icoara Football Club's Aírton de Amorim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Icoara Football Club from getting a goal against them. Icoara Football Club's Aírton de Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Pires in the 42nd minute of play. With a little luck, Icoara Football Club's Aírton de Amorim got control of the ball when Jorge Pires tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aírton de Amorim was a little too slow when Igor Neto got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 47th minute. The score was now 9-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 9-0.

Icoara Football Club's Aírton de Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by D.J. Kutas in the 60th minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Jorge Pires notched a goal, 12-0, to the right of Icoara Football Club's Aírton de Amorim. Aírton de Amorim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Icoara Football Club's Aírton de Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Neto in the 66th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Icoara Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Hoàng Thuy came free, but Aírton de Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67th minute, Ronaldinho Sanches hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Icoara Football Club defense, Hoàng Thuy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aírton de Amorim. The Icoara Football Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aírton de Amorim should have stopped the shot. 78 minutes into the match, Icoara Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Pires came free, but Aírton de Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jorge Pires took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aírton de Amorim. Aírton de Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 15-0. After 85 minutes, Arturo Scarinci mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Uno Mille FC and the Icoara Football Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Uno Mille FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Arturo Scarinci hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcel Berger in the 87th minute of play forced Uno Mille FC's goalkeeper Carlos Fernando Alvarenga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aírton de Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Pires in the 89th minute of play. Aírton de Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hoàng Thuy, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Hoàng Thuy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aírton de Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Neto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aírton de Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Neto in the 94th minute of play. Oséas Vander charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Oséas Vander the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Uno Mille FC fully deserved thier win.
