In the 8thth minute of the game Lisandro Quentin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fecha Libre's Emiliano Martínez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Real Olivos FC booed when Fecha Libre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gavino Hodei didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arturo Rocendo made in the 14th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Lopes Maysonet however managed to control. A collision led to Real Olivos FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Abner Quispe hit a great ball. 17 minutes into the match, Real Olivos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Martins Palermo came free, but Mariusz Kajdasz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The throw-in from Arturo Rocendo in the 18th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Fecha Libre's Norbert Pollák. In the 26th minute, Zbyszko Czerniejewski made a precise shot to the right of Emiliano Martínez. Fecha Libre's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Fecha Libre's Emiliano Martínez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lisandro Quentin in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34th match minute, Fecha Libre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yu Tian Yan to maneuver through the defense. Fecha Libre's Norbert Pollák managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Arturo Rocendo in the 36 minute of the game. Arturo Rocendo made in the 37th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Petar Luks. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chuan Valluerca got free with Emiliano Martínez in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 46 minutes into the match, Martins Palermo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mariusz Kajdasz. Real Olivos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Martins Palermo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Maximiliano Manny made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rdth minute of the game Zbyszko Czerniejewski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fecha Libre's Emiliano Martínez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fecha Libre's Emiliano Martínez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Manny in the 57th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maximiliano Manny in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emiliano Martínez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 71 minutes into the match, Fecha Libre's goal looked a bit too open when Abner Quispe came free, but Emiliano Martínez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fecha Libre's Ulises Hustaz was substituted for Gaston Caetano. Fecha Libre's Igli Tare was substituted for Martins Palermo. A nice corner shot did that Gavino Hodei got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Mariusz Kajdasz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 79th minute Maximiliano Manny shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Martínez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Fecha Libre's Kamiel Stessel in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Real Olivos FC's goalie prevented a goal. The Real Olivos FC fans' excitement grew in the 83rd match minute when Real Olivos FC's Maximiliano Manny looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Kamiel Stessel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mariusz Kajdasz came out and tried to block the shot, but Kamiel Stessel slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 85th minute. The supporters of Fecha Libre booed when Real Olivos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abner Quispe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mariusz Kajdasz came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Fecha Libre's Igli Tare. But to his dismay, Igli Tare quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. In the 95th minute, Fecha Libre's Igli Tare ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mariusz Kajdasz. Mariusz Kajdasz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-4. The Fecha Libre supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Fecha Libre would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
