Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Higinio Arraz took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a defensive mix-up in SAN LORENZO FC's zone, Higinio Arraz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dario Astigar came out of the goal and Higinio Arraz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 15th minute of the match SAN LORENZO FC got a corner. AFC United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Allan Blom ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Lisandro Nuñez almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but AFC United's Lei Bin did a great save. 17 minutes into the match, AFC United's Higinio Arraz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dario Astigar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 17 minutes into the game, Higinio Arraz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Dario Astigar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. AFC United's Zeng Sang Chao quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Shao Zhen Xiao, made in the 31st minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Higinio Arraz in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dario Astigar saved SAN LORENZO FC from getting behind. After the first half AFC United were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lisandro Nuñez made a kick off. Higinio Arraz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dario Astigar having to make a save. In the 53rdth minute of the game Lisandro Nuñez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AFC United's Lei Bin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 59 minutes into the game, Lisandro Nuñez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Lei Bin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. AFC United's Bilintx Trilla was substituted for Fryderyk Maurycy. SAN LORENZO FC made a substitution. Ciriaco Cordarrell replaced Lisandro Nuñez. SAN LORENZO FC's Isaias Rosario was substituted for Allan Blom. AFC United's Bilintx Trilla quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Shao Zhen Xiao, made in the 67th minute of the game. In the 70th minute, Ciriaco Cordarrell ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lei Bin was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. A collision led to SAN LORENZO FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Wang Chao Yuan hit a great ball. SAN LORENZO FC's Dario Astigar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save SAN LORENZO FC from getting a goal against them. In the 82nd minute Faustino Asprilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Astigar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andries De Putter succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-3 in the 85th playminute. The supporters of AFC United booed when SAN LORENZO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wang Chao Yuan didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, SAN LORENZO FC's Dario Astigar got control of the ball when Andries De Putter tried to sneak it across the goal line. The SAN LORENZO FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing AFC United to win.
