The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Juan Luis Carneiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Garci in the 3rd minute of play. In the 4th minute of the match ARES FC DeusDeFutbol got a corner. GÓRNIK PSZÓW's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Börge Alkvist ran over to the corner to take the kick. ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's Börge Alkvist was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Juan Luis Carneiro in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Juan Luis Carneiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alessandro Corada, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Juan Luis Carneiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roman Garci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute Otsando Fierro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Luis Carneiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's Willian Cuesta got control of the ball when Damian Majewski tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Otsando Fierro in the 19th minute of play forced GÓRNIK PSZÓW's goalkeeper Juan Luis Carneiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When GÓRNIK PSZÓW's Damian Majewski in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Otsando Fierro in the 22nd minute of play forced GÓRNIK PSZÓW's goalkeeper Juan Luis Carneiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Willian Cuesta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Damian Majewski's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Otsando Fierro in the 35th minute of play forced GÓRNIK PSZÓW's goalkeeper Juan Luis Carneiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elvin Sexton hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. After 36 played minutes ARES FC DeusDeFutbol got a freekick which was hit by Alessandro Corada. In the 44th minute Otsando Fierro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Luis Carneiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

ARES FC DeusDeFutbol made a substitution. Reinhard Apotheker replaced Co Rona. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Roman Garci stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's Otsando Fierro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Juan Luis Carneiro. That made the score 0-1 after 55 minutes of play. In the 57th match minute, ARES FC DeusDeFutbol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Otsando Fierro to maneuver through the defense. Damian Majewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Willian Cuesta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Majewski in the 58th minute of play. Willian Cuesta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Majewski in the 60th minute of the match. Willian Cuesta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damian Majewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute Damian Majewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willian Cuesta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juan Luis Carneiro made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Otsando Fierro sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, GÓRNIK PSZÓW's Slawomir Marchlewicz got a free kick in the 67th minute. ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's Felipe Muñoz was substituted for Otsando Fierro. GÓRNIK PSZÓW's Juan Luis Carneiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save GÓRNIK PSZÓW from getting a goal against them. The supporters of ARES FC DeusDeFutbol booed when GÓRNIK PSZÓW was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulryk Borowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Roman Garci had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Juan Luis Carneiro. GÓRNIK PSZÓW's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roman Garci was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Damian Majewski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Juan Luis Carneiro made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Recai Nusrettin sent off a good shot on target. In the 88th match minute, GÓRNIK PSZÓW was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sharma Di Stéfano to maneuver through the defense. Damian Majewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 93 minutes, Damian Majewski made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's Willian Cuesta tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 96 played minutes GÓRNIK PSZÓW got a freekick which was hit by Slawomir Marchlewicz. Juan Luis Carneiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Garci in the 97th minute of play. The ARES FC DeusDeFutbol supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ARES FC DeusDeFutbol would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
