After a defensive mix-up in Club Vertigo's zone, Gerasimos Tzanetakos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ovidiu Caranfil made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Michael Corleone sent off a good shot on target. After 39 played minutes Village Saint Charles FRC got a freekick which was hit by 严傲飞. In the 41st minute, Michael Corleone got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Michael Corleone got free with Ovidiu Caranfil in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 46th minute, Village Saint Charles FRC's Hector Herensuge ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ovidiu Caranfil. Ovidiu Caranfil yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pál Pintér to make the kick off. Ovidiu Caranfil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michael Corleone in the 51st minute of the match. After taking down the ball on Village Saint Charles FRC's corner Pedro Luiz da Rocha fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ovidiu Caranfil quite easily take care of the ball. In the 81stth minute of the game Hector Herensuge who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Vertigo's Ovidiu Caranfil was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Club Vertigo's goal looked a bit too open when 严傲飞 came free, but Ovidiu Caranfil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
