BeyoğluJK's supporters rose to their feet, but Gafur Alatay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leo Nesto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Epifanio Javiero's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 40thth minute, Elar Randala skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Sergen Akersoy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Nesto having to interfere. After 44 minutes of play, BeyoğluJK's Affan Saye made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leo Nesto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

If Epifanio Javiero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute, Dario Quexal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mervaleta FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Mervaleta FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
