After a rather tough play, Downchester City's Armando Aceves got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 12th minute Mauricio Jurdan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xepe Gandia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 13 played minutes Downchester City got a freekick which was hit by Lin Sen. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Polo in the 14th minute of play forced Downchester City's goalkeeper Xepe Gandia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Downchester City's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Polo came free, but Xepe Gandia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lia Crucet in the 21st minute of play forced Downchester City's goalkeeper Xepe Gandia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Downchester City's Octavio Lauaxeta threw himself towards the right post 24 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Armando Aceves, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 26th match minute, Simbo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igor Polo to maneuver through the defense. Xepe Gandia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauricio Jurdan, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Victoriano Banegas took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Xepe Gandia. Xepe Gandia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Xepe Gandia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lia Crucet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jamar Paige sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mauricio Jurdan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Xepe Gandia having to make a save. Lin Sen kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Victoriano Banegas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Xepe Gandia was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. 72 minutes into the match, Simbo FC's Victoriano Banegas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xepe Gandia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 74th minute, Lia Crucet left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Simbo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. The referee felt a red card was in order, 79 minutes into the game, when Teodoro Havier put in a rough tackle. Victoriano Banegas charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victoriano Banegas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Downchester City booed when Simbo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victoriano Banegas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Downchester City's goal looked a bit too open when Victoriano Banegas came free, but Xepe Gandia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Javi Sanchez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octavio Lauaxeta having to interfere. Lia Crucet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Xepe Gandia made a huge save. The supporters of Downchester City booed when Simbo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauricio Jurdan didn't get a good kick on the ball. 94 minutes into the game, Vincente Serrano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Downchester City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Simbo FC the free kick. Vincente Serrano kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match.
