In the 7th minute of the game, Salvador Mata landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. In the 8th match minute, Jukatriz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Vítor Paraibano to maneuver through the defense. After 11 played minutes Jukatriz got a freekick which was hit by Dorian Freitas. After a defensive mix-up in SAPRIMECKBEL's zone, Luiz Eduardo Magalhães stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Federico Vilchez came out of the goal and Luiz Eduardo Magalhães tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 21 minutes into the match, SAPRIMECKBEL's goalkeeper Federico Vilchez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luiz Eduardo Magalhães. In the 21st minute, Salomon Lankaster hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oséas de Lima showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Saborio, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. 26 minutes into the match, SAPRIMECKBEL's goal looked a bit too open when João Vítor Paraibano came free, but Federico Vilchez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oséas de Lima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Saborio in the 31st minute of the match. With a little luck, SAPRIMECKBEL's Federico Vilchez got control of the ball when Luiz Eduardo Magalhães tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Nuno Pirani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 48 played minutes Jukatriz got a freekick which was hit by Nestor da Silveira. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 55th match minute, Jukatriz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sílvio Vargas to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Saborio in the 55th minute of play forced Jukatriz's goalkeeper Oséas de Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute, Bernardo Saborio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the SAPRIMECKBEL defense, Dorian Freitas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Federico Vilchez. The SAPRIMECKBEL fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Federico Vilchez should have stopped the shot. Federico Vilchez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Eduardo Magalhães in the 67th minute of play. Federico Vilchez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Eduardo Magalhães, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Federico Vilchez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dorian Freitas, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. After 76 played minutes Jukatriz got a freekick which was hit by Nestor da Silveira. Federico Vilchez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Eduardo Magalhães in the 81st minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Dorian Freitas notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of SAPRIMECKBEL's Federico Vilchez. Federico Vilchez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 87thth minute of the game Dorian Freitas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SAPRIMECKBEL's Federico Vilchez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 89th minute João Vítor Paraibano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Vilchez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Federico Vilchez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Vítor Paraibano in the 91st minute of the match. Nuno Pirani took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Federico Vilchez. Federico Vilchez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 95th minute, Guillermo Araya hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernardo Saborio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
