Alessio Catini's late challenge caught a TSV Delliehausen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alessio Catini helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of TSV Delliehausen booed when Sao Brasola was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alessio Catini didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Sao Brasola players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. TSV Delliehausen were winning 1-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Franco Donatelli made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kurt Walbeck during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sao Brasola's Franco Donatelli got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sao Brasola's supporters rose to their feet, but Alessio Catini was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guillaume Lindenberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Niclas Hölderlin in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elia Tuzzolino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 68 minutes into the match, Sylvester Trapp notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Sao Brasola's Elia Tuzzolino. Elia Tuzzolino was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Elia Tuzzolino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-5. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Davide Di Nunzio during the 89th minute. TSV Delliehausen's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
