After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Romeo Urtungo managed to get in a good position for a shot. De Boedo Vengo's supporters rose to their feet, but Romeo Urtungo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elia Tuzzolino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Elia Tuzzolino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gino Custódio in the 10th minute of play. A collision led to Sao Brasola getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Fulvio Faiella hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Fulgencio Lalla could shoot a difficult shot in the 13th minute, which Elia Tuzzolino however easily saved by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fulgencio Lalla got free with Elia Tuzzolino in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Elia Tuzzolino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gino Custódio in the 19th minute of play. Salim Adas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franco Donatelli in the 21st minute of the match. Elia Tuzzolino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Romeo Urtungo in the 24th minute. Corrado Colucci kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Sao Brasola's Elia Tuzzolino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Sao Brasola from getting a goal against them. Elia Tuzzolino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gino Custódio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elia Tuzzolino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fulgencio Lalla went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After 39th play minutes Gino Custódio shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Elia Tuzzolino and just under the crossbar into goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fulgencio Lalla got free with Elia Tuzzolino in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Benigno Jobo kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Alessio Catini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Salim Adas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Franco Donatelli to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobaldo Fertus in the 51st minute of play forced Sao Brasola's goalkeeper Elia Tuzzolino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sao Brasola's Elia Tuzzolino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fulgencio Lalla in the 52nd minute of play. In the 57th minute Gino Custódio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elia Tuzzolino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Sao Brasola's goal looked a bit too open when Gino Custódio came free, but Elia Tuzzolino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Sao Brasola getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Enzo Tocci hit a great ball. In the 70th minute, Romeo Urtungo made a precise shot to the right of Elia Tuzzolino. Sao Brasola's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulgencio Lalla in the 74th minute of play forced Sao Brasola's goalkeeper Elia Tuzzolino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gino Custódio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elia Tuzzolino having to interfere. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Sao Brasola's goalkeeper Elia Tuzzolino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Teobaldo Fertus hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Sao Brasola's Elia Tuzzolino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gino Custódio in the 85th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gino Custódio in the 87th minute of play forced Sao Brasola's goalkeeper Elia Tuzzolino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th match minute, De Boedo Vengo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romeo Urtungo to maneuver through the defense. Bernardo Valcareggi lost his temper 95 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Elia Tuzzolino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gino Custódio's shot from short distance in the 97th minute. De Boedo Vengo's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
