In the 5th minute, PHOENIX SC's Kamarudin Simatupang dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. With a little luck, Kalatakaya F.C.'s Daniel Vaca got control of the ball when Sahala Maranatha tried to sneak it across the goal line. Daniel Vaca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Holin Probohudono, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Salvadore Abaunza kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Fathoni Birowo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Américo Díaz in the 18th minute of the match. Jonathan Abecia kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Rolando Rea hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Daniel Vaca made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Sahala Maranatha sent off a good shot on target. Kalatakaya F.C.'s Daniel Vaca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Holin Probohudono in the 26th minute of play. A collision led to PHOENIX SC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Sophan Cundaya hit a great ball. Fathoni Birowo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Américo Díaz in the 28th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Américo Díaz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kalatakaya F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Américo Díaz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fathoni Birowo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 30 minutes of play, PHOENIX SC's Sahala Maranatha made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Daniel Vaca was left in no man's land by his defense there! Daniel Vaca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Holin Probohudono, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Fathoni Birowo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Salvadore Abaunza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as PHOENIX SC's Holin Probohudono slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Daniel Vaca. That made the score 3-0 after 38 minutes of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

In the 53rd minute Salvadore Abaunza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fathoni Birowo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 55 minutes into the match, Sahala Maranatha notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Kalatakaya F.C.'s Daniel Vaca. Daniel Vaca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. PHOENIX SC had played much better football throughout.
