Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gez Little started the match with the kick off. With his leg Carl Carlsson managed to avoid a goal in the 5thth minute, when Ampthill FC's Zack Alderson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. DFP's Carl Carlsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gez Little in the 7th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Sixten Wenerdahl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Ampthill FC's Borys Rasialdo got a free kick in the 12th minute. Gez Littles short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got Carl Carlsson to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Carl Carlsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gez Little in the 19th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ampthill FC's Fitz Pickard got a free kick in the 21st minute. Carl Carlsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gez Little, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carl Carlsson made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Gez Little sent off a good shot on target. Sixten Wenerdahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience was convinced that Gez Little's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carl Carlsson was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sixten Wenerdahl in the 42nd minute of play forced Ampthill FC's goalkeeper Nial Botham to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 46 played minutes Ampthill FC got a freekick which was hit by Kain Havertz. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the match clock showed 51 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Gez Little sped through DFP's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Carl Carlsson. Through an outstanding action, after 69 minutes, Nial Botham successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 70 minutes into the game, Zack Alderson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ampthill FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave DFP the free kick. In the 70th match minute, Ampthill FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zack Alderson to maneuver through the defense. Rune Bålström kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Orhan Ortanca kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Carl Carlsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jack Potts in the 88th minute of the match. Ampthill FC's Jack Potts managed to work through DFP's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Jack Potts dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in.
