When Lino Madeo came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Reconquistense FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lino Madeo couldn't finish the play. A hard shot 5 in the game by Lino Madeo from a close distance when the talented Pelayo Vazquez managed to make a qualified save. Los Colegas del Barrio's players were relieved. Pelayo Vazquez stood somewhat misplaced when Lino Madeo came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 7 minute. The supporters of Reconquistense FC booed when Los Colegas del Barrio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albi Solo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 12th minute of the game. One of Los Colegas del Barrio:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Reconquistense FC:s goal. 18 minutes into the match, Reconquistense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nahia Sierra came free, but Francisco Pelagius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the game, Lino Madeo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pelayo Vazquez. Lino Madeo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. With his leg Pelayo Vazquez managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when Reconquistense FC's Lino Madeo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Reconquistense FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Iker Ugutz in the 29th minute. Iker Ugutz made a great header on Reconquistense FC's corner, it was just that Los Colegas del Barrio's Pelayo Vazquez managed to reach the ball for a save. After some careless play in the Los Colegas del Barrio defense, Lino Madeo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pelayo Vazquez. The Los Colegas del Barrio fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pelayo Vazquez should have stopped the shot. Reconquistense FC's Prudencio Raulo got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lino Madeo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 6-0 to the left of a surprised Pelayo Vazquez 40 minutes into the match. If Albi Solo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nahia Sierra in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Francisco Pelagius prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Reconquistense FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Astor Ler hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-1 at half-time.

In the 54th minute, Lino Madeo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pelayo Vazquez was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. In the 57th minute, Lino Madeo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Reconquistense FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-1. Reconquistense FC made a substitution. Isaac Asur replaced Anacleto Norino. In the 63rd minute, Astor Ler got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Los Colegas del Barrio made a substitution. Bitxintxo Etxeberria replaced Evangelista Ricoy. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iker Ugutz during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pelayo Vazquez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Astor Ler, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Reconquistense FC's goalkeeper Francisco Pelagius, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Reconquistense FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Los Colegas del Barrio had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
