Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fred Valencia took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute Lucas Head Son shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliberto Gonsalvo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 5thth minute of the game Fred Valencia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C A U's Feliberto Gonsalvo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Anak Junior took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alisson Goycochea. Alisson Goycochea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Alisson Goycochea made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Anak Junior sent off a good shot on target. C A U's Feliberto Gonsalvo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renan Arce in the 14th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Anak Junior notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA's Alisson Goycochea. Alisson Goycochea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alisson Goycochea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anak Junior in the 21st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anak Junior got free with Alisson Goycochea in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A sloppy throw-in by Kauan Gonçalves in the 27th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by C A U's Uriel Remicio. 29 minutes into the match, C A U's goal looked a bit too open when Fred Valencia came free, but Feliberto Gonsalvo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Feliberto Gonsalvo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nilmar de Souza, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Feliberto Gonsalvo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fred Valencia in the 35th minute of the match. In the 36th minute Lucas Head Son shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliberto Gonsalvo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alisson Goycochea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nico González in the 39th minute of the match. Feliberto Gonsalvo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fred Valencia, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anak Junior was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA booed when C A U was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enrique Hrabina didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fred Valencia got free with Feliberto Gonsalvo in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alisson Goycochea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anak Junior, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anak Junior recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. C A U's Eliseo Hurko was substituted for Ceferino Hever. In the 68th match minute, C A U was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İdris Doğu to maneuver through the defense. C A U made a substitution. Lucas Barcelos replaced Anak Junior. After a rather tough play, C A U's İdris Doğu got a free kick in the 69th minute. After some careless play in the C A U defense, Lucas Head Son kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Feliberto Gonsalvo. The C A U fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Feliberto Gonsalvo should have stopped the shot. If Leonel Xavier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alisson Goycochea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Barcelos in the 77th minute of play. Feliberto Gonsalvo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nilmar de Souza in the 79th minute of play. In the 81stth minute of the game Fred Valencia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C A U's Feliberto Gonsalvo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nilmar de Souza got free with Feliberto Gonsalvo in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 87 minutes C A U's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nilmar de Souza who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Nilmar de Souza almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but C A U's Feliberto Gonsalvo did a great save. Carlo Gamarra hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Alisson Goycochea came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by C A U's Lucas Barcelos. But to his dismay, Lucas Barcelos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Lucas Barcelos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
