The audience thought a goal was coming when Emil Trulsson got free with Arend Van Beneden in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Emil Trulsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Emil Trulsson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Arend Van Beneden. That made the score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. Eugeniusz Cichewski struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Arend Van Beneden didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for IFK Gladdarna. 23 minutes into the match, Bacardi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cam Bahč came free, but Arend Van Beneden reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Kyle Walker fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored IFK Gladdarna's protests and gave Kyle Walker a yellow card for diving instead. In the 39th minute, Kyle Walker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Conny Olsson's late challenge caught a Bacardi FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Conny Olsson helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to IFK Gladdarna getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Conny Olsson hit a great ball. When Xander Steurms fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. IFK Gladdarna made a substitution. Frans Koopmans replaced Brian Ahlroth. If Eugeniusz Cichewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 乔适桑 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Kurt Ekberg made a huge save.
