After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Emilio Lain managed to get in a good position for a shot. Braga Junior FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Emilio Lain was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Timoteo Lando breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the FC Ferrauda defense, José Vítor Aparecido kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Timoteo Lando. The FC Ferrauda fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Timoteo Lando should have stopped the shot. Braga Junior FC were awarded a corner in the 13th minute after FC Ferrauda's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Emilio Lain took the corner. Emilio Lain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 17 minutes in the game, Hernan Teyo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Silvinho Veiga having to interfere. José Vítor Aparecido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 23rd minute, Hernan Teyo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and José Vítor Aparecido made a kick off. A collision led to FC Ferrauda getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Benicio Turi hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling José Vítor Aparecido in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Timoteo Lando prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, FC Ferrauda's Benicio Turi got a free kick in the 54th minute. When Perico Ferrer fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Braga Junior FC's protests and gave Perico Ferrer a yellow card for diving instead. In the 62nd minute of the match Benicio Turi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Silvinho Veiga skillfully saved the ball. With an all-out effort, Braga Junior FC's Timoteo Lando threw himself towards the right post 66 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Emilio Lain, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A sloppy throw-in by Benicio Turi in the 68th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Braga Junior FC's Edison Brena. Timoteo Lando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Vítor Aparecido in the 69th minute of play. The Braga Junior FC fans' excitement grew in the 72nd match minute when Braga Junior FC's José Vítor Aparecido looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredinho Botelho in the 75th minute of play forced FC Ferrauda's goalkeeper Timoteo Lando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Braga Junior FC made a substitution. Hélio Vaz replaced José Vítor Aparecido. After 77 minutes FC Ferrauda's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Emilio Lain who took care of the corner kick. The attack was good, but when Hélio Vaz in the 78th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. 86 minutes into the match, FC Ferrauda's goalkeeper Timoteo Lando had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hélio Vaz. Timoteo Lando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Lain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87th minute, Emilio Lain left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Braga Junior FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. The FC Ferrauda fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Braga Junior FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
