After 11 played minutes Decathlon Dudes got a freekick which was hit by Klaas Zwartkruis. A collision led to OROTINENSE getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Juraj Múdry hit a great ball. Luuk Theunissen struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Liu Yong Yong didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Decathlon Dudes. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daan Wegman in the 27th minute of play forced OROTINENSE's goalkeeper Liu Yong Yong to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Liu Yong Yong made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Juan Ayuso sent off a good shot on target. Liu Yong Yong took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Ayuso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. César Sousa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leopoldo Araya in the 37th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iordache Opincaru in the 39th minute of play forced Decathlon Dudes's goalkeeper César Sousa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. César Sousa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iordache Opincaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. With an all-out effort, Decathlon Dudes's Liu Yong Yong threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Daan Wegman, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Juan Ayuso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. César Sousa made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Leopoldo Araya sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Ayuso in the 63rd minute of play forced OROTINENSE's goalkeeper Liu Yong Yong to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. OROTINENSE's Liu Yong Yong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Ayuso in the 66th minute of play. César Sousa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nuno Orihuela in the 73rd minute. Liu Yong Yong showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Ayuso in the 78th minute of the match. After 79 played minutes Decathlon Dudes got a freekick which was hit by Wilco Keldermans. OROTINENSE made a substitution. Ruhi Uluöz replaced Juraj Múdry. OROTINENSE's Songurhan Mete was substituted for Leopoldo Araya. The supporters of OROTINENSE booed when Decathlon Dudes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilco Keldermans didn't get a good kick on the ball. César Sousa made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Songurhan Mete sent off a good shot on target. Daan Wegman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Decathlon Dudes's César Sousa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Decathlon Dudes from getting a goal against them.
