Aurel Tilea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alin Agud recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kajetan Turak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eric Drăgan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Twierdza Wroclaw getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Stanislaw Psotka hit a great ball. In the 10th minute, Alin Agud ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kajetan Turak was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After a rather tough play, FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Gigi Câmpeanu got a free kick in the 21st minute. After 23 minutes, Tytus Zieba mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Twierdza Wroclaw and the FC UNIREA Alba Iulia players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 23rd minute, Tytus Zieba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gigi Câmpeanu in the 29th minute of play forced Twierdza Wroclaw's goalkeeper Kajetan Turak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kajetan Turak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gigi Câmpeanu in the 31st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Roch Glozor took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Aurel Tilea to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to Twierdza Wroclaw getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Cezary Hoffman hit a great ball. In the 39th minute, Francisc Codruț hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 40 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Tolek Bartocha sped through FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Aurel Tilea. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gigi Câmpeanu made a kick off. A collision led to FC UNIREA Alba Iulia getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Eric Drăgan hit a great ball. When Twierdza Wroclaw's Tolek Bartocha in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's goalie prevented a goal. 60 minutes into the match, FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's goal looked a bit too open when Tolek Bartocha came free, but Aurel Tilea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rd minute Roch Glozor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurel Tilea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tytus Zieba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cătălin Amuguroancei hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Aurel Tilea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tolek Bartocha's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. A collision led to FC UNIREA Alba Iulia getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Eric Drăgan hit a great ball. After having played for 69 minutes, Tytus Zieba managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Twierdza Wroclaw's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tytus Zieba was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 71 played minutes Twierdza Wroclaw got a freekick which was hit by Fryderyk Dlugi. In the 73rd minute, Francisc Codruț hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 76th minute Tolek Bartocha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurel Tilea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Twierdza Wroclaw getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Stanislaw Psotka hit a great ball. Aurel Tilea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tytus Zieba in the 82nd minute of the match. Aurel Tilea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tolek Bartocha's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. In the 95th minute Stanislaw Psotka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurel Tilea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Twierdza Wroclaw fully deserved thier win.
