After 23 minutes of play, Pihl United's Enrique Ferreira made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Krzysztof Domamir was left in no man's land by his defense there! 29 minutes into the match, Pogoń Szczecin's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolaas Anelka came free, but Krzysztof Domamir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Krzysztof Domamir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tommy Sundberg in the 30th minute of the match. Pihl United were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after Pogoń Szczecin's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luc Fontaine took the corner. Krzysztof Domamir made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Daniel Waselewicz sent off a good shot on target. Cyryl Golob's late challenge caught a Pihl United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cyryl Golob helped the player get up and apologised. In the 39th minute, Cyryl Golob hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Pogoń Szczecin's Krzysztof Domamir got control of the ball when Daniel Waselewicz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
