Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Albert Gray to make the kick off. The supporters of MasterBets booed when IFK Göteborg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albert Gray didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Florin Dorlea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Francis Coppola was extremely unlucky when he, in the 96th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 97th minute Francis Coppola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florin Dorlea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
