Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Gert Jan van Westerop started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 5th minute, Marnix Mastebroek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 12 minutes into the game, Gustavo Isazi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Dennis Beerthuis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Domingos Savier made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Alex de Rudder sent off a good shot on target. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Northern California's goalie and right to Cristian Norino. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Northern California's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alex de Rudder got free with Domingos Savier in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Winthont FC's Dennis Beerthuis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo Isazi in the 27th minute of play. Leandro Hoffmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Domingos Savier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 35 minutes into the match, Northern California's goal looked a bit too open when Alex de Rudder came free, but Domingos Savier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Gustavo Isazi made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Winthont FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Tevreden to maneuver through the defense. Alex de Rudder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Domingos Savier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex de Rudder in the 58th minute of play. Domingos Savier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex de Rudder, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. After 62 minutes Northern California's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gert Jan van Westerop who took care of the corner kick. Winthont FC's Delmiro Otoniel was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Domingos Savier in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Dennis Beerthuis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustavo Isazi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Winthont FC made a substitution. Kadim Argun replaced Alex de Rudder. The audience was convinced that Gustavo Isazi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dennis Beerthuis was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Domingos Savier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kadim Argun in the 70th minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Kadim Argun made a precise shot to the right of Domingos Savier. Northern California's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 80th minute of the match Cristian Norino shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Domingos Savier showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 81st minute, Cristian Norino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Northern California's Sergio Heriberto got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Domingos Savier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kadim Argun in the 87th minute of play. Kadim Argun struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Domingos Savier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Winthont FC. After 95 minutes of play, Winthont FC's Kadim Argun made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Domingos Savier was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee ended the match the Winthont FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
