A collision led to Gryffindor Lions getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Pablo Calixto hit a great ball. After 10 played minutes Gryffindor Lions got a freekick which was hit by Alvaro Cutberto. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nestor Vellito in the 12th minute of play forced Gryffindor Lions's goalkeeper Rafael Refugio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mauricio Eneas was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 15 minutes into the match. 14 minutes into the game, one of Gryffindor Lions:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Errecaborda AFC a penalty, 17 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jonatan Ursino, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Gryffindor Lions's Rafael Refugio. 0-2. Rafael Refugio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernesto Venceslao, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rafael Refugio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestor Vellito in the 24th minute of play. Angel Isusko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Gustavo Sauveur made a huge save. Rafael Refugio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelo Eztebe, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Rafael Refugio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelo Eztebe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rafael Refugio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Rafael Refugio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Angel Isusko to strike the kick off in the second half. The attack was good, but when Marcelo Eztebe in the 70th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal.
