Thomas Andersson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 22nd minute Cato Onstad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Andersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oso Udoy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lennart Fredriksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute, Jens-Åke Svanér hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cato Onstad in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thomas Andersson saved Tallboda Gunners from getting behind. After 29 minutes, Cato Onstad made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lennart Fredriksson was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cato Onstad in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thomas Andersson saved Tallboda Gunners from getting behind. Thomas Andersson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cato Onstad, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After 61 minutes of play, Red Reign's Cato Onstad made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thomas Andersson was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 75th minute, Tallboda Gunners's Kennet Liljeström seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Kennet Liljeström the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Tallboda Gunners protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Kennet Liljeström had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Red Reign's Walme Casas was substituted for Ferrer Pueyo. After 82 played minutes Red Reign got a freekick which was hit by Brito Sande. Tallboda Gunners's Thomas Andersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cato Onstad in the 84th minute of play. The supporters of Red Reign booed when Tallboda Gunners was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wiktor Wallander didn't get a good kick on the ball.
