The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sílvio Prates fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Constantino Elija having to interfere. A hard shot 4 in the game by Sílvio Prates from a close distance when the talented Constantino Elija managed to make a qualified save. Yalapa's players were relieved. In the 4th minute, Leandro Urbes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sílvio Pratess short, quick shot in the 6thth minute got Constantino Elija to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Leandro Urbes kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Yalapa's Pedro Urbasa got a free kick in the 8th minute. With his leg Constantino Elija managed to avoid a goal in the 9thth minute, when GD Almargense's Benjamin Šeško fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Benjamin Šeško in the 10thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Constantino Elija, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, Yalapa's Aurelio Aztore got a free kick in the 17th minute. 18 minutes into the game, Benjamin Šeško recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Constantino Elija. Benjamin Šeško showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benjamin Šeško in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Constantino Elija prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Benjamin Šeško in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Constantino Elija, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Miguel Magalhães took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Constantino Elija to make any attempt to save it. Yalapa's Constantino Elija played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sílvio Prates in the 29th minute of play. After 30th play minutes Benjamin Šeško shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Constantino Elija and just under the crossbar into goal. Benjamin Šeško had several of the Yalapa's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 32 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 5-0 score and a disappointed Constantino Elija as he didn't even see the shot coming. Constantino Elija showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Šeško, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Constantino Elija made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Magalhães in the 37th minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, GD Almargense's Benjamin Šeško nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Constantino Elija made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. After 46 minutes of play, GD Almargense's Benjamin Šeško made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Constantino Elija was left in no man's land by his defense there! Af the end of the first half the score was 8-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Benjamin Šeško made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Benjamin Šeško's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Constantino Elija was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Constantino Elija didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alejo Veliz went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 11-0 was the resulting score. 74 minutes into the match, Sílvio Prates had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Constantino Elija. Yalapa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sílvio Prates was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 13-0. When GD Almargense's Luciano Rodríguez in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Constantino Elija breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Yalapa's zone, Benjamin Šeško stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Constantino Elija came out of the goal and Benjamin Šeško tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yalapa's Constantino Elija played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Šeško in the 96th minute of play.
