Attard Gunners's Amadeo Rapinett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Scott Sterling in the 45th minute of play. Billesholm's LeBron Puck got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Billesholm's Lars Larsson was substituted for Eugeniusz Huchro. Billesholm's Börje Deckberg was substituted for LeBron Puck. Börje Deckberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amadeo Rapinett having to make a save. Clyde Schembri Zerafa replaced Thomas Zrinzo. Amadeo Rapinett was out of position in the 96 minute of play, and Börje Deckberg capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Börje Deckberg really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. Börje Deckbergs short, quick shot in the 99thth minute got Amadeo Rapinett to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.
